Dr. Clark was able to program my hearing aids in a way that I have been requesting for years that nobody else said they could do. She said she can program them to do just about whatever you want. She is the best. I have used many different doctors for my hearing aids in several different cities. I didn't think anybody could be better than my previous doctor. But she is. She listens well and understands exactly what I want. And she's very passionate about her work. I can tell she really cares.

I'll never forget when I first came in to see Travis for possibly needing hearing aids. He's the first person to be able to explain my hearing loss, and I had been to several Dr's prior. I've had my hearing aids for years now, and it has made everything easier. I used to not be able to hear well at church, the gym, in group settings, but now I can. Maintenance and repair is so easy, you'll be taken care of 1,000%. I'm younger, but I still wish I had gotten hearing aids much earlier. I've spent so many years using my brain more than my ears trying to compute what other people were saying. It has changed my life to have hearing aids. I'm so grateful for this location more than any other because their customer care and service is above and beyond. Always.

Dr. Clark was super informative and helpful. She explained my test and what the next steps are. She was incredibly thorough explaining my hearing and my aids. She sat down and made sure I knew how to take care of the hearing aids before I left. There was no expectation of that I had to leave with a pair of hearing aids. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this office.

The Audiologist there had no idea how to help me with my hearing aids. The front desk was rude and inconsiderate and the Audiologist was late, behind schedule and treated me like an idiot. Avoid this business at all costs. I found my old provider at Elite Hearing and can’t wait to see him again!

The new doctor in the office is fantastic! She gave me an update to my hearing aids without charging as everything was still under warranty. She did not try and sell me new hearing aids and gave me adjustments to help my hearing aids function better.
