Advertised free hearing check made an appointment for an elderly woman and then tryed to talk her out of getting the free test cause they dont take her insurance and didnt wanna offer free services if they couldnt sell her anything.

Gabby was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my husband’s questions and made sure he had a thorough understanding of how to use his hearing aids when they arrived.
