This office may be suitable for seniors with hearing loss; however, as a business professional, I strongly advise keeping your hearing aids—and your time—far away from this location. Yvonne at the front desk was one of the most unprofessional and discourteous individuals I have encountered in all my years of working with audiology offices. Her behavior was inappropriate and lacked basic professionalism. Due to her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist, I was subjected to unnecessary obstacles that could have been easily avoided. This experience was both disappointing and unacceptable. Reagan Bean it’s hearing specialist is the most knowledgeable and caring person you will ever meet, he bends over backwards to see you are satisfied with your hearing aids and his service. They are a great company. I could go closer, but the people and hearing doctor are great and friendly. I live in Salisbury, but for the friendly atmosphere, it is worth the travel to Huntersville.
