Was very pleased with the service. Forgot to add music to my app to listen to, but that’s because I was talking. Got to try the newer AI hearing aids. I’m not sure I’d invest another $5000 for them. I love my Oticon hearing aids that cost me the same. If the price was lower, I would consider, but it’s not realistic anytime soon.
Incompetent! This office lost a hearing aide that was dropped of for repair. It’s been more than 2 months and nobody wants to take ownership of what happened to the hearing aide or how to resolve the issue.
I visited the Haverhill office on 9/16/25 & I’m still getting the runaround. Supposedly the hearing aids were ordered, have come in but I still can’t reach anyone there. Office staff has had a bit of a shake up, but that is no excuse. I received a form from MAHEALTH stating that the pre-authorization was sent in with missing information. No determination can be made until it is completed. What is going on?

I had a great experience with Hearing Life with the testing and purchasing of my new hearing aids. I thought the technology was much better than in previous years and was treated with respect and courtesy when I made the decision to buy new hearing aids.
