I stopped to ask a few questions. They answered all the questions and suggested that I make an appointment. I did get in very quickly and was able to test some hearing aids right after the test. I did get some aids from them and the service and experience was great. They are all friendly and very helpful. Everything has been wonderful so far.

Accessibility complimentary maintenance products/ hearing aids supplies, and promptness in serving my husband as a customer. He also have a 3-year warrant which is better and more competitive than the one we previously had at Aurora. They also if you lose you get one free replacement for a lost hearing aid. My husband and I would highly highly highly recommend them! Lori Stephens is fantastically hitting all the mark!

The testing was very thorough. They explained the features of the hearing aid I chose. They offer follow up visits free of charge. When she put the hearing aid in my ears it was like someone turned a switch on. Love the product and the service.

I wasn't A very Happy Customer! Why send me a email that has a $20. Coupon then when I give her the email she says only one to a customer and I got one last year... Don't send then!!! Plus She didn't even adjust or turn up the volume on my present Hearing Aids Then I switched my Insurance to Aetna and they give $1500. Per ear for Hearing Aids, but not at HEARING LIFE... You just want my Money. And I have Purchased 3 or 4 Sets of Your Best Aids in the past and paid for them all out of my own pocket...(about $15,000 The prices keep rising. They are now $8000.00. Your products are the Best, but I can not afford them... Dan

Had a recent visit for a problem with a hearing aid cap caught up in my ear. Lori immediately knew how to handle my problem and within 10 minutes I was on my way. They supply and service what they sell. Highly recommend for your hearing problems.
