Even though I have had hearing aids for years Steve Flanagan (Gurnee office) taught me things I had not known. He was very patient and helpful! I would highly recommend this office.

There is some kind of disconnect in that office. The receptionist seems to be trying very hard to be good at her job but doesn't seem to get support from the people behind her. Your office and your equipment didn't work for me. There trouble with billing and they got some lady on the computer that has supposedly been there 13 years and she couldn't even straighten the problem out. If she couldn't answer questions how do you expect the people in the office to be able to help you. There things that happened with the audiologist that made me feel less then confident in him. Unfortunately I have returned all my equipment and I am going to go to someone else. This was not an easy decision because I can't move forward until all my paper work is cleared up with you company. So I will have to wait

The people at this hearing life office are really nice and they listen to your concerns. The receptionist are really polite (Casey and Maria) are very helpful. Steve Flanagan does an awesome job and really cares about the clients.

Though it’s a free test; the doctor took the hearing test very diligently, thoroughly explained the results and even customized and sample tested the hearing aids on me that suits to my own hearing abilities - all in one single appointment. That too in just about an hour. It’s just amazing and overwhelming for me as I’m totally new to hearing aids. It was completely worth it. Thank you guys!

They are always there when I need an adjustment, after a month and a half of having the Hearing Aides my left one went out completely it wouldn’t work. I’ve tried everything to repair it and it wouldn’t pair so I made an appointment went in. I was really upset thinking they sold me refurbished stuff or something and they don’t sell refurbished it’s all brand new so he took a look at it and it was simple as could be the speaker wire went out and was in a matter of five minutes he fixed it made adjustments. Look for firmware updates and I was out of there in about. I’d say 10 minutes. The man is good at his job. When I first went in there I was very upset, but by after I left, I was happy as could be I can finally hear out both years again it’s wonderful. Maybe I overreacted a little bit but
