The Glendale office at 5757 W Thunderbird Rd. STE E156 was a wonderful experience. The docor Lisa and her staff were so kind and caring and knowledgeable. I was in snd out very quickly and I was treated like a person and not a number. They listened which is very rare these days. The receptionist went out of her way to help me find a ride back home. All in all an A+ experience and I highly recommend them!!!

I had a wonderful experience at HearingLife of Glendale. The ladies there were so friendly and sweet, which immediately made me feel comfortable. They were very professional throughout my visit and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Wow, everything went so smoothly, and I'm very happy with the results. From start to finish: 1. Their location is easy to find, with plenty of parking. 2. I filled out forms online ahead of time, and I didn't have to fill out any more when I got to my appointment! Why is that so rare? 3. They had already pre-checked with my insurance and could tell me what was covered (which matched my pre-check exactly)! 4. Kara at the desk seems to run everything so smoothly, it really inspires confidence. 5. Lisa tested my hearing, explained the results and could answer every single question! I felt like I was her only appointment for the day (even though I know I wasn't), she was friendly and professional. 6. I came in with rechargable hearing aids I purchased on line. After a short time I was having problems with (I thought) the charger was broken as it wouldn't charge. Hearing LIFE Lisa Salinas happened to be in office & fortunately for me she had a cancelation. She was very professional & knew exactly where & what to look for. She helped me get my aids service & back in a very short period of time. Once I went to receive them she knew & informed me of alot of the operational process of my hear aids that I didn't understand. I'm so very grateful for their existence & help.
