HearingLife of Florence AZ

My wife and I recently decided to try HearingLife of Florence to upgrade to better hearing aids and I am glad we did. Joseph was a breath of fresh air and a joy to work with. He is knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, attentive, thorough, and truly cares about your hearing. The Oticon hearing aids we got deliver superb sound and are easy to adjust to a variety of listening situations. Much better than the aids I had before. Joseph made sure through follow-up visits that everything was working well and tailored to our specific needs. Very satisfied. Thank you Joseph!

Walked in without an appointment. Dr checked my hearing aids and found they both were very filled with wax. He cleaned them up and sent me on my way but telling me I need to clean them more often. Very pleasant experience!!

Went to hearing life in Florence AZ with left hearing aid not working. They replaced the speaker in my left hearing aid, cleaned both hearing aids. They didn't charge me, since they had a extra speaker in the back. Great people to work with, and excellent customer service.

Joey and his staff have always been available, professional and courteous when we visit. They are very helpful and understanding to our needs. Our 4 year old hearing aids never worked better than they do now after he adjusted and worked on them, also he helped us better understand how to use and install the aides correctly-which other folks did not do.
