Everyone in this office is helpful and professional. I have had hearing loss for about 30 years. I had gotten hear aids from the VA about 8'years ago but they always buzzed with n my ears to the point my wife could hear them until I finally just quit wearing them. I was tired of not hearing conversations so I decided to get reevaluated and get a better quality hearing aid. When I did the hearing test this time, the test was the most through test I had ever had. I everything was well explained to me and I now have new hearing aids. No buzzing in me ears and the difference in what I'm able to hear is life changing. If you are missing conversations, especially in noisy environments they can help.

Excellent care and product! Sam was very professional and helped me find the best hearing aid for my hearing loss. I’ve only had them a week but couldn’t be more pleased. (Not my first attempt with hearing aids but already far surpassing my earlier experience.)

Since 1991 I have had the same provider. After much thought about the direction I want to go with my hearing impairment/aid, which was due to a hereditary gene in my father's side , I felt it was time to explore a new provider. Sam Hamilton is on point & up to date with technology & what is offered in his field. Last year I scheduled an appointment with him & have been thoroughly satisfied. I have worked 38.5 yrs at my job with this impairment & now have bluetooth capability. I had chose not to have it previously but I'm so glad I have it now. It's awesome when using a phone. I chose the full shell in the ear because thats what i have always worn & to me the sound is mire authentic. Due to the amount of hearing loss in my right ear, wearing a hearing aid in that ear only aggravated my

The front desk staff was so nice. The office is pretty and clean. They even put coffee out for us. I was called for my exam On time, which is very important to me. Everything from start to finish was explained professionally and in a manner I could understand. My questions were answered. I felt I was treated fairly. My test can out good and I was told I didn’t need hearing aids. I was afraid of being met with somebody out to just get my money. That was far from the case. I highly recommend this provider and I will be sure to come back if I need anything in the future.
