EXCELLENCE IN ACTION. It was very easy to make my appointment, and when I arrived was very easy to check in. The paperwork they had me fill out was simple and helpful. The technician that I saw was friendly, welcoming, listened carefully, explained the testing and reviewed results from previous testing I had done. When the new testing was complete, she made sure I understood the results, talked over a plan for the future, and made sure I had no questions. I would definitely go back again.

The visit with Nancy went great! I had no idea what to expect, but she made the process of determining my level of hearing loss, explaining my hearing aid options and fitting me with my chosen hearing aid, flow seamlessly. Nancy put me at ease from the beginning and I am pleased with the result. Thank you Nancy!

Nancy is the best !! Listened to my issues and made a strong recommendation to correct it and gave me a loaner set . She has helped me before and she’s one of the best that I have ever dealt with. A strong asset for this company

Nancy is super. She is the perfect audiologist: smart, helpful, empathetic and understanding. I am upset that hearing aids here are no longer concerned by Wellcare though, so not sure I can continue with Hearing Life. It is sad and horrifying to expect retired people can shell out that much money. But the audiologist is wonderful, so is front office.
