I absolutely appreciated the staff from the moment I walked in. Usually, when I have gone to Hearing apps, the front desk speaks really low and never projects their voices even after I tell them that I’m very part of hearing and I cannot hear them. The staff was extremely friendly and patient with me. It was very refreshing to get a lot of information of what to look forward to from the front desk as well as getting the same information from the Dr.. There have been other times that the front desk doesn’t know anything when I ask them questions and tell me to just wait for the doctor. When it came to the actual appointment, the doctor was able to give me a step-by-step of what I still needed to provide them with, and she went above and beyond to help me get in contact with my insurance in
