My mom had an excellent experience here. When we arrived, her hearing aid was already preconfigured and ready for fitting, which made the entire process seamless. Dr. Simone was absolutely wonderful — she took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Within a short time, everything was perfectly set up. She also demonstrated exactly how to wear and adjust the hearing aid, making sure my mom felt completely comfortable. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism. Highly recommended!
