My visit today was awesome! Alicia was very thorough with my hearing test, expaining everything that was done, along with details on next-step to acquire hearing aids.

I had an initial hearing evaluation with Alicia that went well and was informative. A follow-up visit is scheduled in 5 days.

Very professional, polite, and took the time to explain all elements of hearing aids and their functionality.

Awful! I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They call me a week before because they double booked however I told them I couldn’t reschedule. So they told me they would reschedule the other person. Come the day of the appointment, I get my wife to come with me at the request of Hearinglife and get day care for my child. We show up to the appointment and they couldn’t see me. The British woman at the desk tried to tell me that they call but there was no message, emails or texts. She lied to my face. Awful establishment and awful treatment of a person. Never go.

I have visited Hearing Life several times during business hours just to find the door locked, very annoying, this problem may have been resolved because they have more help now than they did at the time. I have recently needed to repair one of my hearing aids, my previous hearing aid provider always had loaner aids for me to use during repairs, Hearing Life does not offer this convenience. The people I have met there are friendly and very knowledgeable, good to deal with.
