New doctor and staff at the office! The office manager Lilly, greets all with a cheerful smile and gainfully converses with the patients. The audiologist, Dr. Bancroft is friendly and pleasantly efficient to the task. She has a newer audio test with improved proceedures designed to keep the patient engaged on improving their sense of hearing! My wife and I welcome this new team to Casa Grande! Suggestion: A more pleasant doorbell, but that may be asking for "God like" perfection!

Kyla was so nice and professional. Best hearing test I have ever had. I was scheduled for Tymp exam but she did not have the device there. No fault of hers but I am hoping one will be sent to her so I can have the ear press test that I need. I do not want go to a different provider for the test.

This is a great place to go for a comprehensive hearing test! They are very professional, helpful and friendly.

Kayla Bancroft, Hearing Instrument Specialist, was professional, informative, patient and knowledgeable. She conducted the most thorough hearing test I have ever received to ensure my new hearing aids that we would order, would best correct my hearing losses and meet my needs. She explained how my hearing loss affects my able or lack of ability to hear under various circumstances and surroundings Looking forward to continuing this level of care, experience and excellence.

Noah was very knowledgeable and informative about my issues. He did a complete hearing test and followed up with explaining results to me. He reprogrammed my hearing aids to the results of test. Explained to try them for a few days and if I needed them readjusted to return. So far I feel I’m hearing better already had to lower volume on TV last night! Next to try in a crowed room with background noise🤞fingers crossed. I would recommend Hearing Life and Noah
