Easy to make the appt. Personable audiologist -- good at explaining difficulty and possible solutions. Hearing Life seems to have a very large turnover of audiologists, but I would definitely recommend.

This was a very comfortable location. Receptionist welcomed us, Dr. was very friendly...we will definitely use this closer location more often, thank-you.

Took my cousin to the Brookfield location and met Jack, hearing specialist, who was running the entire office himself and very efficiently. He greeted clients promptly, answered phones and took care of patients. It’s our loss that he isn’t usually assigned to the Brookfield location. Took an incredible amount of time with testing my cousin and answered all of our questions. Incredibly nice and very professional. Thank you Jack! You are the only reason why we stayed with HearingLife. You fixed issues that other specialists at other locations couldn’t handle (Waukesha and Oconomowoc).

I had a very positive experience. Mr. Anderson is very professional and through in his service. He talks slowly and explains everything a few times because a person is overwhelmed with new information.

I enjoyed my visit. I was treated with respect and the ear specialist was extremely helpful in helping me decide what to do next regarding my hearing aids.
