I’ve dealt with other companies over the years and I am very impressed with Hearing Life on Cole in Boise ID. The exam was thorough and more advanced than any other I’ve done. The explanation wasn’t just a ‘talk’, it was printed out on a page that was also reflected on a tv screen. I got to see which areas needed adjustments and had a very interesting discussion about the various hearing aids which included being shown several (not just the expensive ones!)which would be best for me and that I could afford. I highly recommend this business.

Reece and Lexi are exemplary-very customer-service oriented and knowledgeable. Reece has been working with me from afar, after my in person testing and fitting, to customize my Oticon Zeal hearing aids. I have moderate hearing loss and I am an experienced hearing aid wearer. Very knowledgeable audiologist. Took very unhurried time to adjust new hearing aids and explain the different sounds. Kept going until sounds were not only loud enough, but were also comprehensible.

I was just about to toss my hearing aids until I found Hearinglife. Reece went to work and now I'm happily keeping in my ears. Good people!
