Teresa Nichols offers superb customer service. I came in for a replacement for my left hearing aid. Upon examination of my right hearing aid, she recommended a larger receiver and fitted me for custom ear molds. Her exam was thorough, explaining the results of my hearing test to me. She has a very enthusiastic attitute. She knew her tests and testing results immediately. Her skills are very good, above average. She accommodated my scheduling, well, this time anyway. Once again, Hearing Life has asked for a review and once again I am forced to share the same comments. As I have previously said, there should be two rows of stars for rating Hearing Life - the first tier for the audiologist Teresa, five stars for Teresa, who is outstanding, and probably deserves six stars.She continues to be the ONLY reason I continue doing business with this company. I cannot say enough about her professional demeanor and positive energy. She carries the organization. Miranda, her admin, is also a star in her own right. The second set of stars should be a two for the overall seediness of the surroundings in which you’re being served. The facilities are truly dismal.
