I met with Dr. Levy, doctor of audiology, last week and was very impressed by her. Dr. Was personable, respectful , knowledgeable and answered my questions readily as well as explaining my test results. She examined n cleaned my existing aides n impressed on me the need to wear them more routinely. Before leaving i booked my next yearly appr. The receptionist was, also, very efficient n respectful.

I’ve been looking forward to coming back to the former Madison Hearing, now known as Hearing Life. My insurance had changed forcing me to go elsewhere. I’m thrilled to report that it felt like I’d never left. Debbie the receptionist was wonderful getting me in for my initial visit to fit my schedule with no problem. When my husband and I arrived, we were shown right into my appointment with my audiologist Dr. Maria R. I was treated with genuinely kind and thorough care. I never felt rushed one time during the whole hearing test and Dr. Maria’s updating of my current hearing aids online. She even took the time to explain a few things that my current hearing aid’s will do that I’d never been taught. I had a noticeable difference immediately and I'm looking forward to my next appointment with

Caring, aware and sensitive care and attention. Dr Ragonese was so attentive to her pace as she worked. Made a huge difference. So so helpful. My 101-year-old mom feels 100 % taken care of. Thank you

Dr. Levy is terrific: smart, informed, and generous with her time. Not only did she accurately assess the auditory concern that brought me to her office, she also shared many tips and pointers on how to maintain hearing health. I’m grateful for her care and insight.

Working with Maria I left my appointment hearing better than when I arrived. Disappointed there is now a $55 charge to have your earwax removed. Really? It takes all of 2-3 minutes. User unfriendly.
