HearingLife Hearing Aid Center of San Jose CA

I have been coming to this center ever since I got my hearing aids 2 years ago. The staff at the front desk are pleasant, helpful and professional. Lori, who has been taking care of me through my adjustment to hearing aids, is fantastic. She listens to my smallest concerns and makes sure everything is just right. She is friendly, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. I look forward to my visits and always come away satisfied. Highly recommend her and this center.

Clean facility very pleasant atmosphere. My appointment needed to be rescheduled because the hearing specialist found wax. So I need to treat that and come back.Staff was very nice.

The people were very nice and accommodating. They also make every effort to communicate via phone, email etc to get information and give updates of any changes with the appointment.

On July 29, went for an ear exam in this office. The service was wonderful. Lori is a lovely, friendly person. She explained and guided me through the examination and answered all my questions A good experience all around.
