Today I had an appointment and the provider Jen did a great job. She has great knowledge and helped me a lot. Jenny at the front desk was great too.

It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Hearing Life! They are so friendly and helpful to my 83 year old mother. We are very grateful for excellent customer service!

Great service. I have been a patient for years. Always helpful, available, and reliable. They fix any problems I may have with my hearing device quickly and efficiently.

I have had my hearing aids for over 5 years and they regularly schedule me to come in for a cleaning. They are very meticulous of keeping to the cleaning schedule. I get a reminder call just before my next cleaning appointment. They also have root beer barrels in their candy jar.

I recently moved to the Folsom area and was already a Hearing life customer. Jen and her office worked with me to address a lost hearing aid. They were able to replace my lost aid and reprogram a new one within on week of lost . This is a great office.
