Audiologist Betsy Nelson and her audiologist assistant have been kind, patient, helpful and accommodating every time I’ve seen them. It appears they do their best to meet my needs and to answer all of my questions. I am very satisfied with their services and the hearing aids I purchased from them.

William greeted me when I walked in for my appointment. After finishing some paperwork Mandy did the Hearing tests, cleaned, recalibrated, reprogrammed my hearing aids. She was very professional and friendly. She took time to learn about how I use my hearing aids and what my concerns were. I give them 5 Stars out of 5 for a great visit.

I highly recommend the Hearing Wellness Center of Superior to everyone! The staff was extremely kind and got me in within two weeks. I was straight forward and said "I don't want hearing aids!" Well, after my hearing test and reviewing the results, I will be getting very small hearing aids. They were put in my ears and you can't even see or feel them, my husband will be so happy! Hahaha.
