Richard Mancini has been my hearing specialist for over 15 years. He has always given me good advice and care. He tested my hearing and he fitted me with hearing aids. Kelly is very knowledgeable about adjusting the hearing aids and teaching me how to coordinate them with my phone and TV. I have found both of them polite, accommodating and encouraging. I recommend them to anyone for honest advice and great care.

I took my mother here to check her hearing and if we should be looking into hearing aids at this point. The doctor was rude, condescending, and aggressive. He was consistently annoyed (and did not hide it) with her inability to complete the exercise properly. His instructions were inconsistent and confusing and he had very little/no patience. I asked about how the purchase of hearing aids would go and if it was something I was supposed to go through them or get a prescription elsewhere. At this point he also got very condescending to me. Additionally, he accused me of recording him when I was simply texting my brothers to let them know what was going on and how uncomfortable I was there with him. My grandmother received a coupon in the mail offering discounted hearing aids. I called on her behalf to inquire about the cost. Receptionist said she would have to be examined to see if the advertised model would work for her. I'm immediately thinking up-sell. She asks about insurance and this is where I became annoyed. Unfortunately I am an insurance broker who works primarily with Medicare. While admitting Medicare does not provide any assistance, she told me certain insurance supplemental plans would pay for the hearing aids. I asked which plan and she said it depends on the company (not true, supplements regardless of company are standardized by CMS).
