For 15 years i been dealing with Tinnitus going out of my mind at times . I have read and heard so much crap on remedies for this! When going to see a physician now a days it feels like you are pushed out as fast as possible. Dr. Maresca took the time to explain everything to perfection and never 1 time did she look at her watch. My appointment was close to 3 hours long and my wife and I left feeling that finally there was hope. One of the best experiences I have ever had. In addition, the office was immaculate and her staff was professional and kind wich is also rare.
