Dr. Jennifer Eichert, Au.D. provided the most complete and detailed hearing test I've ever experienced. She took the time to expalin everything and gave an efficient hearing test. Dr. Lori gave me a thorough examination and explained the results clearly. She gave me the same discount on my new hearing aids as my Medicare Advantage provider would have. She was very understanding and professional when I changed my selection to a less expensive model of hearing aid. It was very easy to get an appointment. The office was pleasant, clean and followed the CDC protocols. Irma the front office person was delightful to work with. And my hearing has improved wonderfully!

Lori takes the time to explain this new technology and knows her stuff. Getting an appointment is easy. This new opticon aids are great. Hearing aids make such a difference in my life - I can hear and participate fully. And no one even notices I am wearing them. A big difference is being able to talk on my cell phone with bluetooth. I saw Lori Hallett for a check on my hearing aids. She cleaned them thoroughly, did some replacement to the tiny parts. All this done with conversation and warm friendliness. She did my initial hearing check. A very good hearing check. She shared her findings--explained about my hearing loss and showed me the print out. I felt very comfortable with the whole process.
