Such a great experience from start to finish with Dr. Carpenter! I wish I would have gotten my hearing aids sooner, but I felt intimidated and nervous about the whole process and transition period of adjusting to hearing aids. Dr. Carpenter is very knowledgable, approachable, and just pleasant to chat with. Having hearing aids has definitely increased my confidence in social settings, and makes me feel much safer in my surroundings when I’m out for a walk or run. Highly recommend!
