I arranged an appointment with her. She was very precise and thorough. She listens carefully. She walked me through a complete hearing test, explaining each part completely. I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get clarifications at each step. She explained my hearing conditions in detail, and listened to and discussed possible reasons, and completed a thorough hearing history on me. When it came to recommendations, she covered all the alternatives, and let me make an informed decision based on what the science and testing showed.
