I needed to get my hearing aids cleaned, and the settings adjusted. After getting my hearing tested, etc., the organization I had been going to said I had to wait four months to get an appointment. Then, they contacted me the week before the appointment to say it had to be rescheduled because additional steps were needed first (hearing test etc that I had already had). Having had enough of the misinformed behavior of their assistants (and that was indeed the case regarding this matter) and I decided to go to a different provider. The people at the Hearing Health Center were wonderful. I was able to get an appointment within a week and Dr Lindsey Barriga did a great job of cleaning and updating my hearing aids. I went for an exam and was thrilled at the level of professionalism that cut through this ordinarily unpleasant, mundane experience. Yet not just highly competent and exhaustive, but friendly and supportive. I'm not a gusher, but that be damned, these people are wonderful! In addition, I purchased a new pair of aids and, departing from the usual brand, they recommended something new for me. Brilliant and I hear music almost as if for the first time. Bravo!

I had a fantastic experience with Deirbhle at the audiologist office. She guided me through a hearing test and took impressions for custom ear plugs, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable the entire time. The appointment took less than an hour, and I left very impressed with the care and attention I received. Highly recommend!

All the staff at Hearing Health Center are pleasant and efficient. My hearing specialist, Ms. Higgins, was informative and helpful. The transition to new hearing aids was seamless.
