Friendly, competent, and honest. One of my dad's hearing aids stopped working, so he took it to a competing hearing aid store in a neighboring town. The person in that store said the hearing aid was broken, and that my dad needed to buy 2 new hearing aids for $4200. My dad is 91, but still has his wits, so he declined and decided to get a second opinion. That second opinion was Hearing Health Care Center. They took a look at the hearing aid, cleaned some wax out of a tube and replaced a battery. As it turned out, the hearing aid was just fine - the guy at the other store was a crook, that's all. He refused to take any money for the service. It's good to know there are still honest people left in the world! Highly recommend.
I've always received great service, with a first name welcome as I walk in the door. They are friendly and know their products!
Everything was great.
