Kara was very professional & explained my insurance & ensured my hearing test results were understandable. Next to no wait time & parking right by the door. Irma handled the set up on my new devices & made sure everything was calibrated to my liking once my new ones arrived. 5 stars for Hearing Group West!

My husband got his first pair of hearing aids today. What a difference it has made already. We have worked with Mrs. Molina the whole time. She explained the process to us and helped him pick our the best pair for him. She's Knowledge and very professional. Today she fitted them and set up his phone. After making sure we were both comfortable, we left feeling very optimistic.

Hearing Group was absolutely great to work with. I have never had hearing aids before and they made the process enjoyable and easy to understand. Ended up with a great pair of Aids that work perfectly. Definitely the place to go, even if you just want your hearing checked. AND, you can't even tell I'm wearing them. I waited too long.

Excellent attention to detail. Provided great outline and explanation of benefits available under my advantage healthcare plan. Delivery training and setup of my new hearing aids was thorough.
