It's a pleasure to be a patient of Dr Baker. She is knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. She has tremendous patience and is very caring to see you get the best care. She listens, asks questions, and has sound advice. Her office staff, Michelle, is also very friendly and polite. I enjoy visiting her. I believe in her so much I travel 30 miles one way to visit her. Dr Baker was excellent. Kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She is definitely not pushy. If you don’t need an hearing aid or replacement ( which was my case) , she won’t push one on you ! She really cares about her patients. This office staff was excellent too !

Hearing Associates has been my one and only audiologist for my parents and myself. Never a long wait, appointments quick turn around. Teresa is very attentive, takes her time explaining diagnoses, treatment plans. Michelle is courteous, friendly and efficient. I travel 45 mins to their office, but it’s definitely worth it!
