Dr.Andrews & April we’re amazing!! From start to end they made my 6 year old daughter & myself feel welcome and at ease about our first experience visiting an audiologist. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for great professionals with warm compassionate care.

I was having a frustrating time with my upgraded hearing aids. I work as a surgical nurse and the hearing environment is very challenging. Also, my rechargeable units would not hold a charge long enough for my shifts... Bethany and Toni were extremely patient and skilled at dialing in my audiology programs to match my specific needs. They also spent a lot of time trying to help with my charging issues. In the end, they solved the problem with a perfect work around and they provided the right hearing programs for my work in the OR. They are the best - skilled and dedicated!!

I personally had positive encounter with Hearing Associates, Bel AIr Md. I was able to get reasonable appointment time scheduled for evaluation and testing at time of my first phone call. The staff at Bel Air Md office was professional, courteous, understanding. They took time to listen to my concerns and address each accordingly. They answered my questions without delay. They conducted history of me and then conducted evaluation test with a conclusion and treatment. Since my first encounter with this location and treatment, my hearing aids have made huge difference immediately with new hearing aids. They took time to explain all features to my hearing aides on phone app., and proper maintenance of unit. I highly recommend Hearing Associates Inc. Bel Air/Have De Grace locations.

From beginning to end, the appointment was smooth and pleasant. Staff was very friendly. The doctor was great, very informative and explained every step. Her knowledge is exceptional. I will be recommending Hearing Assoc. Inc to all who have need for them. Thank you again.

I brought my mom here and both reception ladies were very kind & knowledgeable to us. Most of all, the one named Angie was my old childhood friend. It was so great to be in a place where friendship just was a great surprise. Looking forward to meeting the Dr. to finally take care of my moms hearing. My mother always put her family before herself now it's time for family to take care of her. She deserves her hearing back. Cant wait. Ty ladies for making us feel comfortable & welcomed. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
