Hearing and Brain Centers of America - Worcester

I’ve been a patient for over two years from my initial screening to today. I checked around and had several hearing tests done and found the Hearing and Brain center in Worcester to be the best. The one that stands out is Joy at the front desk, always friendly, always smiling and eager to help clean up my hearing aids and resupply me. I like the testing every year and I am pleased to see better cognitive results.

I highly recommend the Worcester office for hearing exams and hearing aids. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had my 2nd year exam and my hearing aids updated. I will be going back tomorrow for a follow up appointment. Theresa, the audiologist is thorough and knowledgeable, goes over all test results and answers any questions. Joy is also a pleasure to work with, very helpful, and will make sure everything is going well with you and your hearing.

At the Hearing and Brain center I was treated very respectfully and graciously as I was being evaluated for hearing loss. I have been a patient for 8 years.
