What a great customer service I received at Coastal Audiology. I was a tad late for my appointment (GPS wrong) but Laura and Emily were so gracious and expedited my appointment. All of the in office technology was extremely helpful in reviewing the hearing aid options. Coastal Audiology does not bill insurance but does offer purchase financing. Unfortunately my recommended option was out of my budget for now but if your searching for a capable, professional hearing group, schedule your appointment soon.

Super kind and easy to make appointments or call for any questions. You can tell the staff really cares about your overall health. I ended up not having troubling results and yet I was encouraged to continue to come each year to get my hearing checked. I felt validated for my choice to be proactive about my potential hearing loss. Totally recommend!

After a full hearing assessment in a soundproof booth, I was found to be a good candidate for The in-ear Lyric hearing aids from Phonak. Coastal hearing had the units on hand and were able to program it and install them on my first visit! The experience is amazing! The lyric hearing aids are always on, analog devices. As a side effect, my tinnitus has also gone down. Thank you Dr. Lecture!

Emily did a fantastic job of working with me to obtain new hearing aids. Thorough tests were completed and new aids were fitted for my results. She was very professional and friendly.

My experience was excellent, my hearing aid broke on the day I had an important event, and my hearing professional was not able to fit me into their schedule until the following day. I contacted Coastal Audiology Center and they fit me in the same day and provided loaner hearing aids for me to use at my event at no charge. I'm grateful they went the extra mile for me and when considering upgrading my hearing aids, Coastal Audiology will be at the top of my list. They were extremely professional and made sure I had what I needed to attend my event. I strongly recommend them to anyone if you're in need of a hearing professional.
