Heard It Through The Grapevine Audiology, PC

We had some friends who used this audiologist and they were very pleased so I also went to see them about potential hearing loss. I felt that they were very thorough in the battery of tests that were administered that were not just "can you hear the tone". They were also very patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions along the way. Finally excellent in communicating my results and recommended next steps. Will not hesitate at all to come back again.

Appt was on time. Service was good. Cost was a little high, and it would have helped to review hearing aid settings and recommended usage pattern as part of the appt.

This is the worst place for using insurance, I have 2 policies - one is medicare and a medicare supplement. In July they sent me a bill for the amount that the supplemental insurance and I called the insurance company and they advised me that they would pay the amount of $31.45. In November I receive a bill for $76.45 which includes a late fee of $45 - more that the original bill. If they had told me that I would be charged a late fee -- I would have paid the amount and fought with the insurance company myself. They are terrible at billing and following up with both the insurance companies AND the patient. They are getting extra money that way - excessive late fee that is not disclosed nor waived. Really -- don't go here.

Dr. Wheeler is awesome! She really listens, takes your concerns seriously, and goes above and beyond to help. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend! Great experience and the entire staff provided answers to all my questions (I ask a bunch of questions) Thank you all! 😊
