Made an appointment at the beginning of December for February 2026. The scheduler calls me 3 weeks later to tell me an appointment was not made and the next availability is in March. No apology. No accommodation. I requested to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. No professionalism.

My mom has been a patient for several years and we would not go to any other place. She is treated with patience, kindness and respect. The staff has gone above and beyond to help her get her authorization from insurance and to get her special hearing loss phone. This has made all the difference for my family and I when we communicate to her. Thank you for all your help and assistance. May you continue forward helping those who do not know of these resources and opportunities to better their lives.

I went there today to have them clean my father’s hearing aids. Kathy was the technician who helped us and she was incredible. Great attitude, professionalism and kindness. I was very impressed by the way she handled my father’s needs. Thank you so much.

The audiologists here are very nice, they explained what would be taking place and kind of have a way of setting you at ease before the testing. I had a good experience here and wouldn't mind recommending this location. Also they are really good about getting you in for an appointment ASAP! Nothing but positive here.

After telling me before, and during my hearing test, that my hearing aids were covered 100%, when I was leaving and scheduling an appointment for my fitting they informed me that my cost of the $2000 hearing aids was $1300. Waste of time, and gas only to know I can't get them. I paid for the appointment also. Wasn't happy.
