Early in the PANDEMIC, I called ahead and was told they were not masking in the clinic even if I requested it. If a healthcare provider doesn't care about my health, I tend to not go there. -- In response to the Owner's response: this was early during a highly contagious covid pandemic when no vaccines were available. Yes, people who lip-read are the exception, and you should remove your mask for them if requested. But I expected you to have enough concern about everyone else's health in the clinic to mask up for them.
