I love the staff. Everyone is extremely supportive, friendly and helpful. The Dr’s listen and make you feel comfortable. Every question is answered. I recently recommended them to a friend of mine who bought hearing aids at Costco , she was very happy. Now she is very happy.
I had such a great experience at this clinic. When I first arrived I was naturally nervous and when I left I felt like not just a patient but truly cared for. My questions and concerns were dealt with care, knowledge, and confidence. Thank you!!!
This company tried to over charge and substitute the original hearing aids Starkey Omega AI 24 Ric for a cheaper model Starkey AI 12. They do not have good business practices and my insurance company filed a grievance against them. Beware of the Katella/ Long Beach offices.
The receptionist is very helpful and the technician is great. The hearing aids are not very helpful for me. I hope when they are redone at factory they perform better.
