When Dave Vasquez retired he told me he was very happy that Michael Martinez would be taking over. As with any business, you get worried that the service won't stay terrific. I am happy to say that Michael has continued the A++ service and thoughtfulness and brings an up-to-date knowledge of all he does. I see so many people having bad experiences with Costco and other companies when it comes to hearing aids. Hearing is one of our most important senses and it's the wrong place to try to save money. This company -- glad to see they are changing their name to HearingSF -- knows a lot of companies and choices and they will help you get the right one and program it properly for you.

Everyone in the office is wonderful. They took me in in a timely manner and were excellent with their care and consideration and they had I Love Lucy reruns playing in the waiting room and tea. It was fabulous. I would highly recommend.

The hearing technicians at Hearing and Low Vision Solutions were very courteous and helpful in getting me situated with a hearing aid at my appt. I am always taken care of and Today I got a hearing test and It was compared to all y tests since 2016 and emailed to me so that I can have these records. I am very happy with this Place and Michael who took y hearing test and All the people who work there.
