Chris has always taken the best care of my mother and aunt’s hearing problems. Life is so much easier now that hearing issues have been resolved. When the day comes where my husband or I need hearing aids we will definitely work with Chris. His care does not end with the sale of the hearing aids. He is there for us when any changes occur and schedules regular checkups. He is professional, kind, patient and caring.

I cannot offer adequate praise about my experience at Hear-Rx. I came in a reluctant, stubborn customer and emerged very happy with my new hearing aids. The experience at Hear-Rx is extremely personal. Chris takes all the time that you need to do testing, to discuss your reticence, and offers viable alternatives for solutions to your particular hearing issues. The first set of hearing aids that I chose weren't right for me, and I recognized Chris' patience in letting me make the choice initially. When they weren't perfect I came back in and he suggested an alternative for me that is effective, comfortable and affordable.
