Ear Cleaning. Called ahead of time to schedule and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Clean establishment. Easily in and out in 10-15 minutes. Doctor introduced himself and immediately made me feel at ease. Talked thru the whole procedure making jokes while giving the info I needed to feel comfortable. Immediately felt relief and could hear clearly after removal or impacted ear wax. Customer service was fantastic. Friendly from beginning to end. Highly suggested. Thank you.

I’m a veteran, and got my hearing aids at the VA. This started 5-6 months ago. Have had trouble with them day one. They weren’t turned to my specifications; and I kept telling them that, with no good results. Ofelia, is a gem, in less than an hour, she did a hearing test and fine tuned my Signa hearing aids. Before, I could not talk with anyone because I couldn’t hear them. Before, everything was loud and my ears hurt at the end of day. Now, the tv volume is around 25%; before 35% or more. I can now carry on a conversation,anywhere, easily. What makes Ofelia so good…..she cares. Thank you, thank you very much. Larry

Dr. Frank Miller went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law as she needed hearing aids immediately. He got to work with her hearing test results, fitted her and took ample time to go over the steps in maintaining and operating the hearing aids. We informed him that she would be out of the country the following day so he wasted no time in ensuring that she was good to go by the time we left the building. It was as if a family member was taking care of her! Additionally, since we mentioned she would be out of the country, he provided her with enough accessories for peace of mind in the event that she needed to get replacements or support for them. So far not impressed! Appt was at 11 am and now 11:45 am. Seen the guy and receptionist left and noone has been out since to check on us. Will keep you all updated after my dad is fitted for his aid. Spent alot of out of pocket expense for this service!! Ok..after the wait...was WELL worth it! Thank you

I called my hearing aid co. looking for a provider and they had Dr. Frank Miller call me (he called himself) and said I could come right away, so I did. Dr. Frank went far and above his call of duty to try and not only help my current situation, but; perhaps help me in the future. He is fixing my current hearing aid and ALSO gave me a loaner. I very much recomend this business and will continue using them as long as I can.
