If you are looking for follow-ups, communication, and a supportive experience — especially if this is your first time getting hearing aids — I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This was my first attempt at getting hearing aids, and based on the reviews, I truly believed this would be a good place. Unfortunately, it turned into a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I initially saw Jessica in October for my hearing test. When I returned in December for my scheduled appointment to select and order my hearing aids, I was told they would arrive in January since December was busy due to the holidays. I completely understood that and had no issue waiting. However, by February, I had still heard nothing. I called for two weeks straight just trying to get a status update. Each time,

Great place to get my hearing tested It took only 20 minutes. they called for me to get a ride. Pick up the lady kept working on them. Because the people that are supposed to pick me up. didnt call back to confrim. She really went out of her way to get me a ride. Not only that, but before they closed their office cause. I was there until then. She gave me a little bunch of grapes that was really sweet of her

It is a bit of a maze trying to find this office in that location, but fortunately for me, I found it. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen. I had a very thorough exam and several options were discussed that left me hopeful that I will be able to get some relief for my tinnitus. So far, so good. We will have to wait and see.

I go in with my dad. Love the service and they go out of there way to serve you. Very detailed and feels like family. They really do care. They do not discriminate, they want to help you hear well. Very professional, dependable and detailed. Top notch in my book.

I love my new hearing aids! They're so comfortable I forget I'm even wearing them. The sound is now crystal clear & I can hear everything again. The service was great too and the people at Hear For Life were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I'm very pleased. 5 stars!!!
