My Husband has profound hearing loss and has had three sets of hearing aids. Here Again America was recommended to us through Medicare. From the moment I called, Yvette was kind and very helpful. At our appointment, Justin was very patient and compassionate towards my Husband. After picking up the new hearing aids, we had a little glitch. No problem! Yvette made an appointment for us the same day and Justin was again patient and compassionate. Highly recommend this team.
Everything was great except having to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appt. Time. Karen the audiologist was wonderful.
Justin was amazing and stayed late to help us out when my mom’s hearing aid failed. Just needed tube and cleaning. Amazing service!
