I had a broken a tooth and needed immediate treatment, they got me in asap. I cannot say enough about Dr. Bains and the entire staff at Healthy Teeth Family Dentistry. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the Dentist and having work done. They took extra time to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had to have an extraction, the Dr was so gentle, accurate, and fast, I did not feel a thing it was over and done before I knew it. Everyone was so efficient, kind, and knowledgeable, Especially Rochelle at the front desk, she was so very kind and personable. The extra care is so appreciated and I would recommend this office to anyone in need of any kind of Dental care. Thank you so very much Happy Teeth Dental! I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Bains work and professional approach. As a new patient, this started with her most wonderful knowledgeable staff. I immediately felt at ease learning all of the insurance ways and detailed explanations of my teeth, current and future needs. A pleasure meeting everyone, a very positive experience and vibe.

Came in for tooth pain, they were able to work with my insurance so that I could get it out the same day. Extraction was painless, and everyone here was very nice. I was a bit nervous, but it was a lot easier than I'd imagined and I look forward to going here again for my dental needs. Edit: Just a bit of a future edit, I've gone a couple times here and everyone has been great. They make sure to ensure you're comfortable and are all very good at what they do. I'm glad I chose HTFD in the end, as it really has helped my life immensely.

I recently had an appointment at Healthy Teeth Family Dentistry for a tooth extraction. The procedure started out rough because it was very painful, which was quite concerning. However, the doctor and Rachelle was extremely attentive and did a fantastic job checking up on me after the surgery. Their follow-up care really made a difference in my recovery, and I appreciate their dedication to ensuring I was okay. Despite the initial discomfort, their commitment to patient care was evident.

had tooth extractions on multiple occasions and dr made sure i was numb before starting anything. if i felt pain, she was quick to make sure i got more numbing before continuing. everyone is very communicative and lovely. front desk woman was especially nice, and helpful when i had issues with my insurance.
