Extraordinary staff. My cleaning was thorough and a pleasant experience. Dr. Kim is a very kind, talented and professional dentist. What can I say? Its just what you want the experience to be. Nobody trying to "sell" you services you don't need. They just do their job and make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Absolutely worst customer service and patient care coordination. Was told they would follow up with me regarding patient responsibility of insurance payment and never received follow up. Called and they said they hadn’t heard and would call me back. Never did. Called again day of procedure and asked about insurance (still no answer or call back). Asked about pain medication and they said ‘nope he’s getting nitrous oxide’. No instructions as to not eat due to nitrous oxide. Went to appointment and told we can’t have procedure bc he ate. I had JUST called and spoke with the front desk about the procedure and she didn’t think to mention no food. Waste of time and appointment and continued discomfort for my child.

Had a great experience here the staff is so friendly and welcoming! The doctor was very considerate and honest and gave a great deal of information which I appreciated. I highly reccomend!

My Wife and I became patients here about 2 weeks ago. Terri did our cleanings and did a wonderful job. She has a gentle way about her. I needed to get a crown replaced. Today I went to get the crown replaced. Dr Kim and his assistant Alex did a wonderful job with the replacement crown. I am so pleased with Healthy Smiles and will be recommending them to my friends, family and coworkers.

From the front office to the physician was such a great experience!!! I am looking forward to hoing back for my cleanings
