I have had great experiences here (Albany). I needed extensive work done, fillings, cleaning, fitting for partial denture etc. When I needed major extractions done they referred me to an oral surgeon of my choice that my insurance did cover. The staff is friendly, professional and compassionate. I am a person that has had anxiety about dental work (which is the reason I waited so long for treatment), and they put me at ease, clearly explained every procedure before and during it, and it really helped me get through all the stuff I needed to get done. I don't mind driving out to Albany if it means I can get excellent care, with people who actually care and treat you well, regardless of the type of insurance you have. Totally worth it, and I no longer am squeamish about going in for work don

This office is by far the poorest experience I’ve ever received from a medical facility. They DO NOT respond to calls or messages. They do not follow-up with information about referrals or treatment plan as they say they will. We went in for an analysis of my disabled daughter’s teeth and to make a treatment plan. They were scheduling out two full Months for the fillings she needed, and they failed to explain that she would be referred to an oral surgeon for the remaining procedures. Because they never answer the phone we found out the day of the appointment that her remaining procedures were being referred out. Despite this being 2 months since her initial consult they did not send the referral to the oral surgeon until the day of our filling appointment. All of these dropped balls on the

I can never get in touch with them when I desperately need it. I had a girl call me back 16 days after I had left a message with them, returning my call about how someone else had given me the number for their location instead of the oral surgeon's number they were supposed to give me. And someone else had already called prior to her "returning my call", so the issue was already resolved. They still didnt get back to me the first time until a couple days later. I tried for 6 hours to reach the front desk one day. I'd been in so much pain, I hadn't been able to eat all weekend, but they couldn't even be bothered to answer their phone or return calls....at a medical facility...where sometimes people need immediate assistance. Absolutely horrid service. I was given this place as my dental provider and the dentist has changed just about every single time I go to get work done. The last 2 times I had medical rides try to confirm my appointment and they were unable to. I drove myself to both, I was only seen 1 time and had to use my own gas this is not okay one bit at all. Therefore, this clinic should be handled legally and in a correct manner as my gas and healthcare has been wasted with this clinic's ridiculousness.

Great experience! Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist himself. My sons had dental exams and cleanings and they were very nervous. Everyone there put them at ease and made the experience quick and easy. I’m so happy to have found such a warm and professional facility.
