I’m giving this place a 4 star because of the lady in the glasses who was rude to me this morning at check in. She didn’t greet me properly and was speaking in a nasty tone and was unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to talk to people and I don’t think that job is for her, I even tried complimenting her and she was still nasty. Other than that, everyone else was sweet, kind and helpful.

Dentist hisself gets 10 stars only put 4 on review because lady who handle payments with glasses was very rude and unprofessional not helpful at all I only stayed because I knew and trust the dentist he is Great!!! My son also loved his experience and he was at first nervous and his assistants was also very attentive only thing wrong was the payment lady

I haven’t been to a dentist in about 20 years. I walked into this establishment and they looked at me as if I should’ve waited til death to come to a dentist. They were rude. No type of hospitality from the moment I was making my appointment until I walked into the door. I am upset because that is no way to handle anybody especially a guest/customer in your establishment. I will never return to this place. Needs to close down. Rude as hell, learn how to treat people, learn how to welcome people in to your establishment. Don’t just look at people crazy.

Everyone was very nice and showed great customer service. No attitudes at all, I was scared to come here lowkeyyy because of the reviews lol but Definitely will be back again.

We made it a little early for my baby appointment. Everyone greeted us when we walked in, it was quiet we didn't wait long. The dentist was nice, and patient. My son wasn't afraid or didn't even cry. 3/15/24-update…went back for his annual and we had the same dentist. I will say their facility is a little outdated as fast as chairs, carpets but other than that they are sweet doctors and are always so patient. We might stay here long term. 4/4/25- my 2yr old son Appt was for 1:30pm went there at 1:20 completed paperwork and was in the back by 1:30. Was checked by the Dr. and everything went well . We take really great care of his teeth. We were out by 1:45. He had no cavities.
