We began coming to this practice in 2016 with the birth of our first child. Dr. Bush and associates were wonderful. As the transition to "health roots" happened, the friendly reminder calls to book well-visits dissapeared, leading to yearly physicals no where near the childs birthday. The birth of our 3rd child in May of '25 was the tipping point. We were discharged from the hospital with borderline bilirubin levels and weight maintenance concerns. I had exclusively breastfed my first 2 and was now being urged to "triple feed" and supplement with formula. We were back and forth to the office and Manchester hospital for blood draws daily. Review for Healthy Roots Pediatrics My daughter has been a patient at Healthy Roots Pediatrics since she was a newborn. While our initial experience was positive, the quality of care and overall atmosphere changed over time. I take appointment times very seriously, so it was frustrating to be verbally told my daughter’s appointment was at 2:30 PM, arrive early, and then be told it was actually at 2:00 PM. Because of this miscommunication, we were considered late and had to wait nearly an hour to be seen. I also noticed a shift in staff interactions. During one visit, a nurse entered the room without greeting my child or me and immediately asked, “Are you the mother?” In a pediatric setting, warmth and basic courtesy should be standard. I’ve been coming here for the past 4–5 years and absolutely love the team. They truly listen to my concerns and show genuine care for my children. Whether it’s a routine checkup or a last-minute sick visit, the experience is always seamless. I can’t recommend them enough!

Great experience! Really is helping my child through their eating disorder:( but yeah! The weekly weigh ins have been easy and the staff have been lovely, really would recommend coming here!👍
