Dr. Gina Joseph is the litmus test for excellence when it comes to physicians. She excels in being thorough. I have never been rushed and I always feel listened to. The office is immaculate and the staff are friendly and patient. I would highly recommend this practice.

I recently had a horrible experience with the front desk staff at this office. While calling for a refill on my prescriptions, I was informed that I needed to see the doctor. Unfortunately I am out of town for the holidays and can not see the doctor until I get back. While I am fully aware that I have not seen the doctor in a while, I have been going to this office for over 20 yrs and have had the same prescriptions. I pleaded with them to give me just 2 weeks of my prescriptions since they are blood pressure meds and something could happen to me if I don’t take them for 2 weeks. I was told, sorry it’s our protocol that you have to see the doctor and told me to seek a provider at my location, of which I am in a completely different State and during Thanksgiving week. Find somewhere else to go this is not worth it. They don’t communicate with you & they are rude. Had my physical done here for the past nine years and they have change the name three times however canoe health they are something else. I had my labs done in august and couldn’t get the results October & I had to keep calling for everything, also I had an issue showed up on my lad results I couldn’t get them on the phone the whole month to find out what it’s about. It’s wasn’t until I got loud and started calling everyday they called me back. This lady from the Jupiter office & told me it’s fine it’s noting to worry about I ask to why is it in red. This is a very clean medical office and they do their blood work here, so it’s pretty easy. I haven’t had to wait very long. I have been here 3 times and saw a different doctor each time, which I’m not fond of, but they all seem caring. The office staff are nice. The nurses are great.

I have been going to them for the past 2 years and so far, I have been treated well. The front desk staff is overall friendly, but there are times I witness their frustration with some customers.
