After many years of use, I needed a new CPAP machine. After a home sleep study my Dr. recommended Hometown Healthy Living in Chillicothe. Their CPAP specialist, Rachel Kline, set me up with my new outfit. Unfortunately, my first experience with it was not good, as it seemed to be set with much too high pressure, which cause constant loud noises where the mask would leak. Rachel had said to let her know about any problems, so we stopped by one day. She listened to my issues and then, before I'd even finished complaining, she had gone into the app and had immediately reset to machine to the perfect pressure for me. My CPAP now works perfectly, and I use it every night (and also on my frequent daytime naps as well.) If you have any CPAP questions, I highly recomend Rachel Kline. She is a

Laggy service. When i called they were rude in demeanor. Slow on getting my much needed medical equipment. Would try other options before going here.

Evey time my doctor would send them information they always said they hadn't received it. It happened multiple times. They are rude when I phoned them.

After many trials on many Candy was able to finally get me my much needed machine she showed me how to use it and was very patient with all my wuQuestions
