Healthy Children Pediatrics (Dr. Carmen M. Alfonzo)

Dr.Alfonzo was AMAZING, helpful, knowledgeable, and so sweet! My daughter switched over from my own childhood pediatric which was a big, scary step for us after we relocated but thankfully Dr.Alfonzo and all her staff made sure to make it easier on us with the best of care for my little one. Highly recommend! ✨

We switched to Dr. Carmen's office because we was not happy with the previous pediatrician we had. Doctor Alfonzo is such a wonder pediatrician she takes time to thoroughly explain and examine our daughter and you're being attend too in private examinations rooms which is a huge plus with us. The wait times varies about one (1) most times before being seen but that seems to be mostly all doctor offices wait times.

Dr.carmen Alfonso and her team are AMAZZING . 1000% recommend Very patient, very helpful , they make sure to hear all your concerns no matter how little they may be . I will forever Be grateful for them they always made sure to make time for them when they were sick and my kids loved them 🥲 . Not easy finding a doctor that will listen to all your concerns about your child. We moved to Jax but Will forever miss them ❤️

I seriously admire these people. I’m not sure if someone comes in here and feeds them & rubs their feet- but these are the most positive and loving people I’ve ever met. I’ve been here three times, and they only get nicer and sweeter. Doctor treats the kids as if it was her own child. She kindly explains herself to them and builds a bond to the point that my daughter wants to come here just to see her doctor! As for the rest of the staff, super attentive and professional! So happy to have found this office!

After six years my family will not be coming again. It use to be a good place to take your newborn/ toddler for their physical until they hired someone without customer service experience to run the front desk. The person they hired should acknowledge when a customer approaches the window with any questions instead of ignoring them. She should also welcome everyone as they come inside the office. Seems as if she doesn’t want to be working there. During my last two visits they informed my wife and I that they don’t have the vaccinations that my daughter requires. They also informed us that she will be placed on a waitlist that can take several months until they get to her. Overall, the doctors are very good and caring for kid(s). They will answer any questions you may have. That’s the only
